AutoSentry

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of AutoSentry’s intelligent vehicular security and telemetry ecosystem. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all operational and security protocols described below.

1. System Overview

AutoSentry provides a distributed vehicle protection network combining GPS telemetry, remote immobilization, encrypted signal routing, and auxiliary power shielding. The system is designed for security monitoring and loss prevention in private and fleet vehicles.

2. User Authorization

Users must be legally authorized owners or fleet operators of any vehicle connected to the AutoSentry system. Unauthorized installation or interception of vehicle telemetry is strictly prohibited.

3. Remote Control Functionality

AutoSentry may enable remote immobilization, ignition cutoff, and geo-fence enforcement features. Users acknowledge that activation of these features may temporarily disable vehicle operation for security purposes.

4. Data Transmission & Security

Vehicle telemetry data is transmitted via encrypted multi-node channels. While we implement strong security protocols, absolute protection against all cyber threats cannot be guaranteed.

5. Out-of-Band System Design

The system operates using auxiliary hardware channels independent of the vehicle’s primary electrical system. However, physical tampering or severe mechanical damage may impact system performance.

6. Liability Limitations

AutoSentry is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring despite active system deployment. The platform provides risk mitigation tools, not absolute guarantees of asset recovery.

7. System Updates

AutoSentry may deploy firmware, software, or telemetry updates remotely to improve system performance and security integrity.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate system access in cases of misuse, illegal activity, or breach of operational protocols.
